Olive Collection
Hand-picking olives together — shared work, shared meals, and time with the land.
The Olive Collection is a 1–2 day seasonal gathering in the olive fields.
We harvest olives by hand, working slowly with the trees and the rhythm of the land.
Each participant is invited to work with an olive tree, take part in the harvest, and follow the process all the way to the olive oil factory, where the olives are pressed and bottled.
We share simple meals and a picnic in the field, spend time together in nature, and stay present with the work at hand.
The harvest ends with olive oil that each person takes home — the result of shared effort and care.

During the gathering, we also share the history of the olive tree in this land and its connection to the Minoan culture, where olives, oil, and ritual were part of everyday life.
This will take place in a 3000 year old olive tree in the area.
A small, simple ceremony marks the harvest — not as a performance, but as a moment of acknowledgment and gratitude for the work, the land, and the season.
When
During the olive harvest season (autumn–winter, depending on the year).
