Refund Policy

The Luminous School of Creation
Effective Date: May 9, 2025
 

1. Digital Products & Online Programs

Due to the nature of our offerings, all digital products, courses, and downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If You purchased a course and haven't started it yet, You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
 

2. Events & Retreats

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Us.

  • If You cancel Your attendance:

    • More than 30 days before the event: 50% refund (minus deposit)

    • Less than 30 days: no refund unless Your spot is filled by someone else

  • We recommend travel insurance in case of emergencies.
     

3. Private Sessions

  • Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.


    5. Ceremonies, Planning
    & On-Site Services
     

  • For individually planned offerings such as ceremonies, events, consultations, tour guidance, and on-site coordination, refunds depend on the scope and timeline of the engagement.

  • If the cancellation is initiated by the Client, We reserve the right to retain or charge for:

  • All costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including hours worked and any third-party bookings.

    For full-service planning or packages with a set event date:

  • Up to 16 weeks before the event: 50% of the total fee

  • Up to 12 weeks before the event: 75%

  • Up to 8 weeks before the event: 90%

  • Less than 4 weeks before the event: 100%
     

  • In cases where hourly billing applies, all completed hours up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.

  • For outdoor or open-air events, weather risks are borne by the Client. We always strive to find solutions, but cannot guarantee specific conditions.

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, illness, or events beyond control), either party may cancel in writing. In such cases, We will return any unused fees, and no further claims can be made.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to 5D@luminous.school.
     

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We are kind humans and we know that plans can be changed by the Universe anytime. If something unexpected happens, write Us at 5D@luminous.school — We’ll do Our best to support You fairly and compassionately.
