The Inner Union
is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about
understanding what is running underneath —
and returning, slowly and honestly,
to what was always there
before the armor was built.
This is the work of Eleusis and Hieros Gamos —
not as ancient concepts, .
but as a living arc
you move through across eight sessions,
in the company of two people
who have walked it themselves.

Arc One — Eleusis
Sessions 1–4 · Right Relationship with Yourself
The arrival.
Before we can understand our patterns
in relationship with others,
we return
to the relationship with ourselves.
Session 1 — The Map
What you have been carrying,
what you truly long for,
and the pattern
that keeps repeating.
Session 2 — The Mask and the Face
Who you became to survive —
and who you were before that.
Session 3 — The Body Knows
The armor lives in the body
as much as in the mind.
We bring
the body back into the room.
Session 4 — The Grief Beneath the Anger
What has never been fully mourned —
and what that incompleteness
costs you
in every relationship you enter.
Arc Two — Hieros Gamos
Sessions 5–8 · Right Relationship with Another
The sacred inner marriage.
Once the ground of inner
sovereignty is established,
we turn toward
the inner masculine and feminine —
and the union between them.
Session 5 — The Inner Masculine
Its gifts, its overuse, what it fears,
and what it is protecting.
Session 6 — The Inner Feminine
The return of what was buried.
Receiving, embodied presence,
the right to be fully met.
Session 7 — The Inner Conflict and Completion
Where the two forces are at war —
and the ceremony of completion
with whatever installed
the original wound.
Session 8 — The Inner Wedding
A real ceremony of inner union.
Vows. Silence.
The Hieros Gamos, lived.
The cycle does not end at Session 8.
It returns to Eleusis — at a deeper turn.

We mentor in pairs — Marieke and Sotiris,
both present in every session.
Sotiris holds the mythic frame —
the archetypes, the masculine clarity,
the moment of precise and loving naming.
Marieke holds the warmth —
the feminine safety, the body work,
the space where feeling becomes possible.
Together we hold what neither could hold alone.
We do not follow a script.
The structure of the eight sessions exists
to free our presence — not to replace it.
What arises in the room
always comes before what is written on the page.
Between sessions we stay in contact —
a short reflection exchange by the end of each week.
Not homework.
A living thread that keeps the work moving.
This is not therapy. It is not conventional coaching.
