It is a structured space where both people can be heard,
patterns can become visible, and something real can shift.

This is for people who do their inner work seriously.
You may have read the books, done the workshops,
understand your patterns — and still find yourself repeating them.
That gap between knowing and living differently is exactly where this work begins.
We work with individuals who are ready to take responsibility for their own experience. Not to be guided into someone else's system —
but to be accompanied while they find their own clarity.
What this looks like: A private 4-week container held by Marieke and Sotiris.
We map your patterns in week one, build inner steadiness in week two,
create practical structure in week three, and integrate in week four.
Online or in Crete.
This is not therapy. It is a structured process of clarity and integration.

who wants to begin without committing to a full container.
We use the first session to understand where you are, what you are carrying,
and what might be most useful. There is no pressure to continue.
And if you do, the €111 is credited toward the full programm.
This is also the right starting point if you are not sure
whether you want individual or couples work —
or whether this is the right fit at all.
We would rather have an honest first conversation
than a commitment that doesn't serve you.

In Crete
In person at Luminous Yard in Apokoronas — or in nature as a walking session.
