1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between Marieke Rodehorst & Sotiris Zafeiris (“Contractors”) and their clients regarding ceremonies, speeches, events, wedding and event planning, retreats, workshops, mentoring formats, consultations, and all other services offered, regardless of purpose or event type.

2. Services

The specific scope of services results from the individual agreement or offer.
The Contractors provide the agreed services but do not guarantee a specific subjective outcome unless explicitly stated.
Any changes require written form.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded by written confirmation (email sufficient), signing of a contract, or acceptance of an offer.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are defined in the respective agreement.
Deposits and remaining payments are due as agreed.
In case of delayed payment, the Contractors may suspend services.

5. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to provide all necessary information completely and in due time.
Delays caused by missing cooperation are not the responsibility of the Contractors.

6. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Cancellations must be made in written form.
Cancellation terms result from the individual agreement.
Services already rendered and expenses incurred remain payable.

7. Force Majeure

Events of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, governmental measures, pandemics) entitle both parties to withdraw from the contract.
Services already provided remain chargeable.

8. Liability

The Contractors are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
No liability is assumed for personal decisions or actions of the clients related to the event.

9. Copyright & Usage Rights

All content created by the Contractors remains their intellectual property.
Any use beyond the agreed purpose requires prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

All personal or sensitive information shared during the collaboration is treated confidentially.

​

11. Final Provisions

Greek law applies.
Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Chania, Greece.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
